Breeding Record - TRAFALGAR German Shepherds

Amber’s Kelley (Maz x Flair dau) x Altana’s Banker

Produced two Champions, TRAFALGAR’s HEAT OF THE NIGHT and TRAFALGAR’s PIECES OF A DREAM.

Heat of the Night went BOS NE Futurity in 1990, and later that year took the Novice bitch class at the Canadian National, and went on to Reserve Winners Bitch. In 1991, she finished her Championship, went BIM Great Lakes and US Select. She would go Select twice more, become the 1998 #2 Fut/Mat Dam and the 1999 #1 producing dam, ultimately earning her ROM the same year.

This breeding was repeated in 1991.

In 1996 (five years after their first litter) Heat of the Night x Stoneway’s Uecker, produced a litter of four:

- 1997 BOF Midwest 1989 RWD US National 1999 Am Can Sel CH TRAFALGAR’s NIGHT RAIDER

(the sire of the only bitch to go Futurity Victrix & Select in both the US & Can Nationals the same year.)

- 1999 Am Can Sel CH TRAFALGAR’s NIGHTHEAT ROM (top producing dam)

In 1997, she was first 12-18 bitch at the US National and then first 12-18 bitch and Winners Bitch at the Canadian National.

Note: The above pair is the only brother-sister team to earn US/Can Championships and US/Can Selects in the same year.

In 2001, TRAFALGAR’s NightHeat x Weicho’s Flashdance

He was major pointed from the puppy classes. In 2006, he retired with more than 25 Best of Breeds.

- 2002 Mid-A and Que-Est BOF Can MVx 2X Am Sel Can Sel CH TRAFALGAR’s PACIFIC CHAI

In 2002 and 2003, she went RWB at the Canadian National. The same year, she took Winners Bitch at the US National from the 12-18 class, ultimately finishing her Championship with three consecutive 5-point Majors. It’s also worth noting that she took her Maturity Victrix title over her brother, Premium Blend.

2003 TRAFALGAR’s Pacific Chai x Cold Climate

Mike writes, "Although we had promising youngsters in this litter, the real value from this litter was the learning opportunity provided, which contributed significantly to the decision to breed to Rollins."

Diesel finished his American Championship in one weekend with three majors. His Canadian Championship was completed in a split weekend in three consecutive shows.
